Step 1: Review Transfer Admission Requirements

Step 2: Review Transfer Dates & Deadlines

Step 3: Explore UH Majors

Step 4: Use U-Select to see how your courses transfer into your intended major.

Step 5: Meet with a UH Transfer Advisor to discuss the degree requirements for your intended major.

Step 6: Apply for Admission via the ApplyTexas common application

Step 7: Send official transcripts to UH electronically from all colleges and institutions previously attended.

Step 8: Check out the Transfer FAQ’s for answers to more of your questions.

Step 9: Look for your acceptance package and start building your future as a Cougar.

Step 10: Sign up for an Advising and Registration for Transfers Session (ART) as soon as you receive your acceptance package.
