The Transfer Advising Program (TAP) at the University of Houston (UH) can help.
Transfer Advisors are available to answer your questions and help you determine the best path through your Associate degree to a Bachelor degree and beyond. We encourage you to contact us early in your college career to check your options, determine your route and make informed decisions about your classes. UH Transfer Advisors work with you and your community college Counselor to provide the most complete information available to help you reach your academic goals in a timely and cost-effective manner.
TAP has Transfer Centers conveniently located at several community college locations. Advisors also visit the community college campuses and regularly attend the Discover UH programs. You can contact an advisor directly to set up an appointment by phone or in person.
TAP Advisors will answer your questions and assist you with:

- Transfer Coursework
- Joint Admissions Program
TAP Advisors will work with you from your first contact through the admissions process and right on through your first year of classes. They can help you navigate the university processes, put you in touch with the appropriate offices and even assist with reverse transfer of credits that will allow you to complete your Associate degree if you transfer prior to graduating from the community college.
