Instructional Design

Instructional Designers, web development teams, and G.T.A.’s are available in many of the colleges to offer support in the design and development of any electronically delivered course.

What is an instructional designer?

An instructional designer is like an architect. When you build something, you generally start with a plan, and that is what an instructional designer can help you do…. Develop the plan for delivery of your course. The instructional designer helps you to answer questions such as: how do I add audio? Should I use Power Point? What happens to all my graphics? I want to have guest speakers!

If you have any questions about E.T.U.O.'s instructional design services, please contact Tammy Hoskings at (713)743-1773 or at thoskings@uh.edu.
