The University of Houston (UH) has a Joint Admission program for students transferring to UH after completing their associate's degree.
The Joint Admission program benefits students by reducing the total cost of their higher education by encouraging them to complete their first two years of coursework applied to their UH bachelor's degree at their community college. Approved Joint Admissions students receive access to some UH services and benefits* before they enroll in the University.

Note: To begin taking classes at UH, students must meet all regular transfer admissions requirements, and apply to UH through the regular application process by the stated deadline: http://www.uh.edu/admissions/apply/apply-transfer/
*Waiver of the $50 transfer application fee (domestic students only) with:
1) Completion of an associate's degree prior to enrolling at UH; and,
2) Students must enroll at UH for the first time during the intended semester
as indicated on their Joint Admissions application.
